The hype surrounding the Golden Globes seems more focused on what the stars were wearing than what awards they won. Watching celebrities arrive and stroll down the red carpet is an event just as important as the award show itself.
Last night’s 2013 Golden Globe Awards were no exception. Stars got all dressed up, picked out plenty of diamonds to accessorize with, and did their hair and makeup in preparation for the big night – all of which we paid close attention to! One of the top trends that stood out on the red carpet was nude and blush colored gowns. Celebrities couldn’t get enough of the pastel pink and skin tone shades. Check out the top 10 blush tone looks from last night.
Jennifer Lopez wore a nude gown accented with white lacy embroidery designed by Zuhair Murad. Lopez carried a Jimmy Choo clutch and completed the look with side swept wavy hair and with her much-younger boyfriend Casper Smart on her arm.
Amanda Seyfried wore a lacy blush Givenchy Haute Couture gown made by Riccardo Tisci. She finished the look with loose waves in her hair and Fred Leighton jewelry.
Helen Hunt walked the red carpet in a blush colored Dolce & Gabbana gown encrusted with bands of jewels. She carried a sparkling clutch and accented the look with simple yet pretty hair and makeup.
Hayden Panettiere wore a strapless blush Robert Cavalli mermaid gown to the Golden Globes. She accented the beaded dress with several bangles and a pink clutch.
Isla Fisher wore a nude Reem Acra gown with sheer shoulders and crystals covering the rest. Fisher completed her red carpet look with a side swept wavy hairdo and statement lips.
