By now, we’ve all heard the song, seen the music video, and maybe even tried out the signature dance moves from Psy’s “Gangnam Style.” The K-Pop star has performed on the Today show, danced with Britney Spears and Ellen DeGeneres, and has been parodied by everyone from students at colleges around the country to comic book characters to the U.S. Navy. (If you somehow missed out on watching the original video, check it out here!) Despite all the attention the song and its dance moves are getting, there is one thing we certainly didn’t expect from Psy – a collaboration with anyone in the fashion industry.

Psy is reportedly working on a collection with designer Jill Stuart, which is even less expected than a line from a more eccentric designer would be. For a designer who’s known for her feminine, frilly style, it’s hard to imagine what a collaboration between the two will look like. News about the collection came through a video circulating on the internet entitled “Gangnam X New York Style.” The short video features Psy telling viewers to “Dress Classy, Dance Cheesy!” He can be seen walking the runway at a Jill Stuart fashion show before asking the question, “What is your style?” and pitting Gangnam style and New York style against each other.

The teaser video doesn’t provide much information, leaving fans of both the song and the designer curious and even downright confused about what’s to come. Until more catchy promotional videos or any other concrete information about the collaboration is released, all we can do is speculate. What do you think Jill Stuart and Psy will come up with together?
